The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) has published a useful page outlining the legal rights of bloggers, answering FAQs and linking to detailed info, exemplary court cases, and other resources. This page is worth a look for any blogger, but especially if you are concerned about an employer’s reaction or about fair use questions.

In general the EFF is a valuable resource for information about legal issues related to the internet and electronic or digital media.  They also are a good source for news about governmental actions–new and amended legislation, ongoing controversies, and so on.
